Hubert "Hubie" Bartholomew Smith was a henchman who was involved in Jack Travis' arms dealing business in the black market.

Lethal Weapon 3[]

Hubie was first seen in a garage with Hatchett, Hershel and other henchmen. He was also involved in the fight with Lorna Cole and Martin Riggs.

He was later seen working in a car shop, what would appear to be more of a chop shop operation; even while "being on parole" as he says he is. While being questioned and interrogated by Riggs and Murtaugh, he was lying to them about not knowing anyone named Jack Travis, though Riggs said he didn't say his name was Jack, which would indicate that he was lying from there.

He was not seen again for the duration of the film, though it would be assumed that he was arrested in the conspiracy of cooperation in business with Jack Travis and thereby violating his parole.
