Tito Flores was a drug kingpin of one of the biggest drug cartels, which Riggs, Murtaugh and Palmer were investigating. He was the main antagonist of season 1 and a minor antagonist in season 2 episode 1.
He is portrayed by Danny Mora in Lethal Weapon.

Tito Flores is like any other criminal and drug dealer who wants to get deals done without cops getting in the way. He's always got his main enforcer, Gideon Lyon, to carry out the messenger work.
As much as he is adamant about getting business taken care, he hates things going bad, and will stop at nothing to see that nothing stands in his way. If anyone in his organization is about to rat him, he'll slaughter them without thinking twice rather than be ratted out, even if they are family. He's also a manipulative liar and will swear what he's lying about is true.
Biography[]
Tito Flores had been operating his drug cartel in branches in Texas, California and in connection with Mexico.
In Texas, he had his nephew, Eddie, in charge of operation of the branch of his cartel, which was around the time Riggs, a Narc for the El Paso County Sheriff's Office, was busting drug dealers and traffickers out in that near the El Paso deserts.
